I found the following instructions in the readme for the bridge programme for smf 1.1.2 and Joomla. Cant find SMF Bridge component as said in (4). Can anyone help please? Under which menu in the admin panel is this located?

Also, some folders were created by the unzip of the bridge component. Loading these to the Joomla root as directed in (2) will definetely overwrite existing folders with same name. Should I go ahead and do this?

Instructions for upgrade:

1) Unzip this package.
2) Upload the contents of what you unzipped to the Joomla root directory.
3) Go to your Joomla admin panel.
4) Go to the SMF Bridge component configuration.
5) Go to the "Upgrade" tab.
6) Click the button in the tab to upgrade.

Those are the instructions for upgrading, not for installation.  Currently, the installation package is not available due to licensing conflicts.
