Sorry, is there any 1.0.12 - to - 1.0.13 patch package, or instructions for updating with the full package?

Thanks

Please beaware: Joomla 1.0.x ----> Joomla 1.0.13 is an irreversible upgrade regarding user accounts. Downgrading is not a simple files overwrite.

+ It is incompatible with Community Builder 1.0.2 and previous, plus probably most bridges.

Joomla 1.0.13 final release still has to go through CB testteam for tests with upcomming CB 1.1.

CB Team's advice is to not update to Joomla 1.0.13 for now, until a few issues are solved, and clear release instructions are issued.

Those using the JHacks bridge are also advised to wait to upgrade. We're working on a fix.

Perhaps, you might want to add some notice somewhere... most bridges involve authentication, and thus a lot of them are likely to be broken by the new (more secure) "salted" hashing system.

So, if your site has a bridge installed (and possibly any extension dealing with user or profile management) you should first check with the bridge (extension)'s developer, to see if it is compatible with Joomla! 1.0.13.
Likely all incompatible extensions that are currently mantained should be updated in the next days.

For instance, I'm quite skeptical that J! installs with the official SMF bridge from Orstio, latest version 1.1.7, are compatible. And that's a pity because the bridge is currently unavailable, and thus won't be updated for a while.

CB issue. Not Joomla.

Sam made a patch.
See http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic,193358.0.html

While we wait for next CB version.
