When I make my own menu item - type "Articles/Category/Blog", and do not change anything in the Parameters section on the right, the title of the article does not display. Most parameters are "Use global". In which file these global parameters are set, so that I may change them in order to see the title? Or, putting it in another way, how can I change these global parameters?

The Article Preferences (Globals) are in the Article Manager.

I agree with you. Having the Globals default to OFF for title is not ideal. There is a thread where we are discussing other parameter issues. I'll toss the defaults into that discussion.
