For some reason when I attempt to upload an image through the article submission layout I typically DONT get the image uploaded.  But, sometimes I get the message that the image upload is complete but the image is still not available on the menu above.  In some cases, it will upload no problem and be available right away.

Can someone provide me with guidelines on this?
