I didn't see a project over in forge or a forum on your site, so I thought I'd post a bug here:

When the mambot is published, my content titles disappeared.  I see on your site that a feature is to recreate titles as images, this must not have been functioning properly on my site.

I know the project is still in alpha, just trying to help your testing.  :)

Hi Arcy,

Does the way the code is laid out on the article page have an effect of the position of the content?

What im seeing is as i click on each tab 1-6 the content below moves farther away from the tabs at the top.

I have laid my code out like this

{jgtabber} [tab ==Web Brochure==]
Web Brochure Package
[/tab]
[tab ==Web Presence==]
Web Presence Package
[/tab]
[tab ==Web Plus==]
Web Plus Package
[/tab]
[tab ==Web Premium==]
Web Premium Package
[/tab]
[tab ==Web Catalogue==]
Web Catalogue Package
[/tab]
[tab ==E-Commerce==]
E-Commerce Package
[/tab]{/jgtabber}

Each tab has an image (above is the alt text)

yes i red it but i only saw:

Attention:
  **********
  There are some problems with the tabber if you activate the sef-function
  of Joomla. So use it carefully. I'll try to fix it in the next releases.

But the image gallery / infobox / tabber and candy thumb function don't work with SEF ???

Updated from v0.21a to v0.3b overwrote the files, still have the tabber gap issue mentioned here and here by willyk haven't tried other bots maybe later, by the way if you are not using there is updated version of Lightbox JS v2.02 available.

I am using it on a site im working on, must say great work!. Being able to use all these "gadgets" with one addon is just amazing. thank you so much for your hard work.

I too had problems with using sef with the tabs and matter of fact all of it. I went into jgfw.php and removed the

./_jgfw_    and changed it too    /_jgfw_

(just removed the dot)

in a few places and it works fine now.

Also, for some reason it was not grabbing the config file, I am pretty sure it needs a complete url in there, I switched it to my full path and it works fine.

Hope this helps anyone using SEF. (btw im using OpenSEF)

I have noticed that no white space between the layout of the jogadgets code fixes my previous problem of the content moving away from the top tabs.

As to my previous post it seems the tabber box is breaking in a different place since i added an image.

Have a look.

For me removing the dot generated this error
Quote:
Warning: main(/_jgfw_/jgconfig.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mysite.com/joomla/_jgfw_/jgfw.php on line 3

Warning: main(): Failed opening '/_jgfw_/jgconfig.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mysite.com/joomla/_jgfw_/jgfw.php on line 3

Could you please elaborate a bit more, I can't get it to work on my site

Im getting the same error.

what i dont understand is how by removing the dot will help. Nothing changes in the tabber code.

Code:
//tabber
    //--------------------------------------------------------------------------
     $regex = "#{jgtabber(\s*.*?)}(.*?){/jgtabber}#s";
     preg_match_all( $regex, $text, $matches );

     if(count($matches)>0){

      $this->inc_js('tabber.js');
      $this->inc_css('tabber.css');

      for($i=0;$i<count($matches[1]);$i++){
        $prmlist = $this->getprm($matches[1][$i]);

        $output = '<div class="tabber'.@$prmlist['class'].'">';
        $output.= str_replace(array('[tab ==','==]','[/tab]'), array('<div class="tabbertab'.@$prmlist['class'].'" title="','">','</div>'), $matches[2][$i]);
        $output.= '</div>';

        $text = preg_replace($regex, $output, $text, 1);
      }
    }

[quote][/quote]

Dont know if this will help but before my code was laid out in the editor like this:

Code:
{jgtabber} [tab ==Web Brochure==]
Web Brochure Package
[/tab]
[tab ==Web Presence==]
Web Presence Package
[/tab]
[tab ==Web Plus==]
Web Plus Package
[/tab]
[tab ==Web Premium==]
Web Premium Package
[/tab]
[tab ==Web Catalogue==]
Web Catalogue Package
[/tab]
[tab ==E-Commerce==]
E-Commerce Package
[/tab]{/jgtabber}

I then changed it to this:

Code:
{jgtabber} [tab ==Web Brochure==]Web Brochure [/tab][tab ==Web Presence==]The Web[/tab[tab ==Web Plus==]Web Plus Package[/tab][tab ==Web Premium==]Web Premium Package[/tab][tab ==Web Catalogue==]Web Catlogue Package[/tab][tab ==E-Commerce==]E-Commerce Package[/tab]{/jgtabber}

and it worked!

and it worked......dont ask me why im still learning

Hooray  :laugh: changing the code as you suggested fixed it, now I have the same image problem as you do except mine is generated by VirtueMart mosProductSnap bot.

Which editor are you using and are you using the mosimage bot?

Your first tab image doesnt break the border but the php shop image does.  I wonder has it got something to do with how the images is inserted to the article  ???

I am using mosCE 1.0.4 editor and using {mosimage} bot for the first image in bio tab.

The shop image (Buy Now tab) is generated by the bot, if I change the alignment to center image stays inside the tabber changing the alignment to anything other than center, image is placed outside of tabber.

{product_snapshot:id=19,showname=y,showprice=y,showdesc=y,showaddtocart=y,align=center} OK

{product_snapshot:id=19,showname=y,showprice=y,showdesc=y,showaddtocart=y,align=left} NOT

Hello Arcy,
I think jogadget is a really great addon for Joomla. Congrats. And keep up the good job.
I implemented most of the functions in locale, still have to try them online.
(Joomla 1.0.8, macosx3.9, MAMP)
Mp3, flv, tabber, etc ... work allright.
I still have pb to implement CandyGallery. Won't work whatever I try.
Say your tag : {jgxgal folder:=[path/folder] cols:=[4]}
can be translated into (ex) :  {jgxgal folder:=[/images/stories/myfolder] cols:=[4]}
if I am correct
with 4 jpg images in "myfolder"
Do I have to resize the .jpgs into thumbnails? Or else ?
Cheers,
Ghazal

I hope I'm not just not being stoopid but I can't get thumbs to show in the candy gallery. Is there some trick to this? I get the nice squares where the image should be with just link text... The lightbox works perfectly from there :)

Thanks for this great set of candy ...

Hi Shooter,

I reckon the path to your images folder is wrong.  i think that it is relevant to root, so no need to type

http://www.yourdomain.com/images/stories/candy

rather

/images/stories/candy

hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply... My path is correct, I just put images/stories to test ... So I have the few pics that come with joomla... They have their names in the gallery boxes (eg articles.jpg) and when I click on it the pictures open in light box perfectly... just ugly as sin in the gallery itself :)

Is my server missing a script, or do pictures need to be a certain size?

Many thanks,
Shooter.
