Hello everyone,

I am helping to rally the troops for this event, and we will need volunteers to help staff our booth.  You are welcome to spend as much time with us as you can - even an hour or two helps a lot - and you'll get a chance to hang out with a few of the core team members. 

Exhibit Hall Hours are:

Tuesday, 7 August: 10:00 - 17:00
Wednesday, 8 August: 10:00 - 17:00
Thursday, 9 August: 10:00 - 16:00

If you'd be availble to help out, please post a reply and we'll work out a schedule.

We're also planning a meetup for drinks on Tuesday evening; more details to follow soon.

I have my exhibit registration & was planning on spending at least one day there.  I'm happy to help out at the booth.  Tuesday & Thursday are better, but my schedule is fairly flexible.

I am registered for the exhibit hall (too poor to sign up- for anything else ), and am willing to help man the booth to free up some others to explore a bit.

The problem is that I do not yet know which days I will be up in San Francisco (my schedule is still evolving). How "firm" are your scheduling requirements?  I'm more than willing to help out a little (maybe even a lot); I'm just not sure right now when I'll be available.
