Looking to expand my forum with Joomla

Hi,
I am looking into ways to expand my website with Joomla and was thinking of providing some articles written in tagalog or visayan about long distance relationships. Not sure if this would fit in with my vbulletin setup or if people would be interested in such a site..
What do you guys think?
