Olá estou procurando uma informação de como adicionar novos campos no formulário de cadastro padrão do Joomla. Já encontrei uma solução par Joomla 1.5

No FAC tem até um vídeo. Mas estou usando Joomla 2.5 e o tutorial do 1.5 não me ajudou. Alguém tem alguma sugestão?

o que quer pode ser feito criando um plugin do tipo profile. No docs tem um passo a passo, em inglês, de como fazer isso. Veja http://docs.joomla.org/Creating_a_profile_plugin

Bem complicado fazer, até mesmo porque o tutorial não ajuda muito mas consegui fazer.
