Virtualmart language file?
I've uploaded a new language file for Joomla, which works fine. But, the language of Virtual mart is still English.
Where may I find the Virtualmart language file/code?
Thanks for all help provided!

Re: Virtualmart language file?
which languages are you using? sometimes the language file names of Virtuemart and Joomla are a little different. I had first problems with the German language file and needed to fix it.

Re: Virtualmart language file?
I'm using the Norwegian language file.
So, then I understand that all codes are located in the main language file. Right?
If so, I'll check the English file and add the missing codes for the Norwegian hack.
Thanks for your confirmation.

Re: Virtualmart language file?
No, you got the Joomla language files in the "/language" directoy, and you got the VirtueMart language files in the "/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/languages".
But you should make sure that the language file for Joomla, the one in the "/language" directory, has the same name as the one in the "/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/languages". If the English language file in Joomla is "english.php" it also should be "english.php" in VirtueMart.
Another question. Did you download from VirtueMart the language files, and uploaded them in the VirtueMart language directory? Because I cannot find a Norwegian language file there. So if you have to create one, you will have to get the "english.php" file, copy it, rename it, and begin translating manually.

Re: Virtualmart language file?
Thanks for the info Alex,
I've checked my catalogue, there where no VirtualMart language files included in the Joomla package..... but, I'll find one to download.
As far as I know there are no VirtualMart Norwegian language files available. So, I suppose I have to take the hard way to translate one.

There is a norwegian file included in the Language Pack for VirtueMart 1.0.1 located here:
