Following my VirtueMart Online Translator. I now present you with Joomla Online Translator also for ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8 versions.

The system generates ready to install language.ZIP files with the XML to install on Joomla.

By now the system is yet on test, if you want to translate Joomla on any not yet available language, just email me or post here the language/encoding.
