Creating language pack

I've finished translation all *.ini files and change XML name to the russian.xml. Zipped up ini's and xml.

- Installation file not found, - said me Joomla.

Which is the way to create installer?

P.S. For full localisation need to translate files in ..\installation folder, english_ignore.php & english.php in ..\languages folder and some files in \help folder? And redraw some pics in admin tempate?

Dikud,

this an alpha release and all the ini files are not there. As stated, just the admin ones.
The language installer is not implemented.
Etc.

Be patient please. We first get rid of the obvious bugs then go forward.
To test you rlanguage, just drop the russian language files in a folder next to the english one in the administration/language/folder
