customize TinyMCE to include keyboard?

All:

I want to add a devnagiri/hindi keyboard to the existing TinyMCE in Joomla. I have been successful in doing so outside Joomla, that is by just taking TinyMCE and my hindi keyboard. Something like

http://www.joomlaindia.org/hindi_wysiwyg/

Now, how can I integrate this into Joomla?
Any ideas and or pointers will be highly appreciated.
