Icelandic Translation

We have completed the translation of Joombla and everything should be pretty much done.

I downloded and tested your language file, everything worked fine so congratulations!

One small remark; I'd suggest you to include version info in the header of icelandic.php file. Then it is easier to identify the latest version in the future, something like:

* icelandic.php
* Icelanding language file for Joomla! 1.0.1
* Date 21.9.2005

I think there is some things that need to be fixed and we will include version info in future releases
