1.0.4 needs new [language].php file

This is a reminder that 1.0.4 needs a new [yourlanguage].php file as quite a few strings have been changed/added.

This depends on the language you use.
Look here for language projects by typing the name of the language in the search field:
http://developer.joomla.org/
If your language 1.0.4 version is not yet released, please let it know here or in the specific International forum.
EDIT: just saw you may use German language. Please post on the German Forum. Someone will help you.

Hi, I'm relatively new to Joomla! and made a language file for the user front end (Formal Mexican Spanish) and I will like to share it here.
I hope some users fin it useful.

I've done Joomla 1.0.4 Mongolian Language Pack. But I couln't post it on Developer.joomla.org
I've created a project, but my project folder still empty.
How can I do it?
btw I've attached my file here.
This is just Site language. (Site visitors and users can read in Mongolian.)
I can't find where is the Administration panel language file. I wanna make it in my Language. Please help me on it.
