Language change from front end?

Is there a way we can have ability to change language from front end instead of back end? I searched and did not find anything....and I can swear that I have seen it somewhere !!!

In version 1.1 the user can select his/her default language for either the front-end or the back-end. There is a language selector in the "edit my settings" page. The language switch (from system default to user lang) will occur upon login.

Could it be that you remembered the selector in the user settings?

hmm...I think I saw it somewhere else....
The reason I am looking for something like this is to have a demo site with multiple languages. Something like template change ability from one click. Language in the user settings is a very good idea but does not solve my needs....I want to be able to change language from front page without having anyone log in.

My requirement is to setup one subdomain for demos at indicjoomla.org that will demo all the IndicLanguages. Instead of making separate subdomains for all the languages, I was thinking of having some froint end ability to change language...

And I think this is what I am looking for. But it seems that it will not work with 1.0.4 and will be a part of 1.1....
