Joomla! 1.5.8 Persian translation

Hi dear Friends
Parsjoomla is the first team that try to provide a Persian translation of Joomla! 1.5 in Iran and adapt the Joomla core modules for Persian.
The Parsjoomla team translated all English strings to Persian and added these capabilities for better operation in Persian:

1) Solar dates for articles (special thanks to Taha Jahangir)
2) Solar date pop-up calendar for the article manager (special thanks to Ali Farhadi)
3) Persian numbers for article dates
4) Solar dates for the Archive module
5) Solar dates for the Archive component to allow searching for old articles using Solar dates
6) New support for UTF8 PDF output using two exclusive Persian fonts (parsjoomla-lb and parsjoomla-abradat )
