I have created an Indian English (EN-IN) language pack, modelled on the Australian English language pack. I looked around for some ways of submitting it, but I think the process is sorta complex. So if anyone is willing to submit it to the right channels, and following up on it, it would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the language file.

I read that and followed that replacing the country code and keeping the ISO format. But I did not get what you mean by 'client'.

This zip is a site lang folder which can't be installed and contains extraneous files.I f no one makes it right and it is not maintained, we can't add it to the registered languages.
