Joomla Localization Team for Myanmar (Burmese)

Now We have started our team's work. I have uploaded a development package for Myanmar(Burmese). Our team's official joomla translation site will launch in a few day.
How and where can we start to be a formerly founded translation team.

It si great that you started a development package for Burmese language, because I am looking for one.
But I can't find where is the package, I tried here :
