Good Job!

I believe that you are aware that the language code used in Joomla! is of the format xx-YY, where xx is the language code (as per ISO 639-1) and yy is the country code (as per ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes). Based on this, my comments are:

(a) The ISO 639-1 (2 digit) Language Code for Uyghur is ug - NOT uy

(b) The ISO 3166-1 (2 digit) Country Code AR represents Argentina

So, we may have to change the full language code representation for this pack.

First, special thanks to your reply!
We were considered incomplete, because the original use of the Uighur, later unified into Uyghur, so the language code should be uy, should not be ug, since the ISO 639-1 language code developed ug, we have to follow it.
Of country codes, why do we use the AR to the country code, it is because we use the Arabic text is the text-based, so I replaced with the text property of AR to the country code. Apart from this there is the use of Latin in the Internet-based Uighur, would like to use the uy-LA.
We live in China, China's country code is CN, do use the country code CN? Please advice. I think we have some areas to use the ug-UY, said this is not very accurate? How to do? Please advice.

Your prefix should be

ug-CN
I note some errors in your packs:
Is missing the localise.php file in admin
and the one in the site pack has wrong class
abstract class en_GBLocalise

<name> in xml should include country

You should make a combined pack with site an admin.

Please look carefully at:
http://docs.joomla.org/Making_a_Languag ... Joomla_1.6
and at the Policy:
http://community.joomla.org/translation ... olicy.html

Please contact imanickam http://forum.joomla.org/memberlist.php? ... e&u=224484 or myself if you want to update your pack to provide a 2.5 one and add Uyghur to the installation ini files of 2.5 as well as become a registered Translation team.
