Hi, I'm new in this forum but I've used Joomla for about 2,5 years from now...

I would like to join the Joomla translation team, how do I apply? :)
The translation that I would like to work on is Indonesian...

Happy to know that you would like to volunteer.

At present there is only a Joomla! 1.5.x language pack for Indonesian - there is no Joomla! 2.5.x language pack for Indonesian.

What I suggest is to get in touch with the Indonesian translation team coordinato Andy Sikumbang regarding this. Andy could be reached at sikumbang(at)gmail.com.

If you want to translate third party extensions' language files into Ukrainian language then I would suggest getting in touch with the respective extensions developers.

Yes, Persian Language translation is available for Joomla! 3.0.x and it is available at http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtranslation3_x/frs/?action=FrsReleaseBrowse&frs_package_id=6435.

You can always find out the accredited language packs available for Joomla! at http://community.joomla.org/translations.html.

As for as volunteering for help in translation to Persian, I would suggest getting in touch with Mohsen Firoozmandan (http://forum.joomla.org/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1958) who is the Translation Coordinator for Persian .

Mihaly is in away from his desk right now, for a long period.
Our French packs are ready for 2.5.10 and 3.1.0 to be released really soon.

I am sure he will respond to your contact as soon as he gets it.
