Login credentials Accredited Translations Joomla! 3.0

Is there any particular reason why I don't have admin access to the Flemish directory of the Joomla! 3.0 Accredited translations using my credentials of the Joomla! 2.5 Accredited translations?
Do we have to rejoin the project or create a second account?
I would like to upload the Flemish language packs.
