problem with swedish language

Hello,

I get strange characters (ä,ö) instead of å,ä,ö (Swedish) when importing users from a .csv.

I followed these instructions, but it does not work:

"For Apple users - when create csv file for import, use BBEdit and save the CSV file using SAVE AS and select WINDOWS (CRLF) encoding as Unicode (UFT-8)."
