Hi Jean-Marie,
maybe you forgot me to add as an translator. Or is it unnormal that an substitute is added as an translator?
If you have interest in my work for the Community then click on the link in my signature and look at the translations that I have made.

I hope you can add me :D

Best Regards, Sisko1990.

and an antiquated (beta1 october 2006) full joomla 1.5 package with English only.

I used to be a english tour guide from 1986-1997 in Beijing.

I am now using a 945_mother board, intel 3.2G cpu, 2G RAM, 160G HDx3 + 200G HD

I have browsed webpage for translation at joomla.org, I think it is much beter to put all .ini files in one dir.
I only need to look for in one folder, translate all .ini files. That's all.

But I still want to have your experence in translation, and if possible, please let me konw what tools you use for translation normally.
It is better for a team-work.

looking forward to your response at your convenience.

Best regards.

Jingdong

Hello,

I have translated the language file for Joomla 1.5 RC installer. Do you have one already? If not, can you add mine to the final release of Joomla 1.5? Because I think many (if not all) Ukrainian admirers of Joomla will appreciate installing this extremely cute and usable CMS in Ukrainian. I saw there Russian and was a bit disappointed as the installer chose Russian as the default for me, but I'm Ukrainian, not Russian, and I speak Ukrainian.

With best regards and hope for understanding of Ukrainians,
Joom-UA

@mr.Z and Joom-ua

We have already a candidate for Accredited Translation for the Ukrainian language.
The only reason it is not yet proposed in the 1.5 installation in RC1 is a delay we need to carve in stone Translation license.

If you want to help, please contact denys http://forum.joomla.org/index.php?actio ... le;u=30343 and collaborate with him.

Thanks for volunteering.  :)

This is my translation. :)
Earlier I consisted in command "Joomla! UA Team" (Denys is her coordinator) and I helped them to translate a system. But then I decided to leave one because in time more of half year anyone of them did not translate any line of system, except me. They were lazy. :)

Accordingly translation from Denys is lose and new versions will be released only me personally.

You mean Denys Nosov? Well, I know that he's done some translation of frontend, admin files, but I'm talking about the folder 'uk-UA' in the installation/languages directory. So that you launch Joomla! installation in Ukraine and it greets you not in any other language but Ukrainian.
