@ Mr.Z

You are indeed a common copyright holder on these gpl files  :)
# copyright (C) 2007 Ukrainian Localization by joomla-ua.org: Denys Nosov, MR.Z

@Joom-ua
We are indeed talking of the Installation Ukrainian pack. See the link above.

Would be in the spirit of Open Source and GPL if you guys could collaborate.
Now that we get near to final release, a Ukrainian Partner site (See Translation policy) would be a nice touch and that needs a lot of people working on the Translation of the help screens.  :)

Thanks in advance

Welcome on our forums!

We have nobody for now working on Malagasy and it would be real nice to get that language added to all the languages available.
I guess you are talking of the variant which is the most spread i.e. "Malagasy, Plateau"

Are you familiar with Joomla and the way languages are implemented in 1.0.x (the stable version) and in 1.5 version (which is at beta stage)?
We will start from there.

Dear infograf768,
of course i am talking about the Malagasy "Haut plateau" language which is the official Malagasy Language.
I was network administrator befor, now I am working in a telecommunication company in Mada, I know Apache, PHP and Mysql, Linux ..... I tried to install joomla in my workstation with Easyphp (winxp) it is working very well and. When looking for french language installation, i found your forum. Then i thought, why don't I try to implement My own language ?
Now I am learning how to install a language and  will be familiar in few days.
Hope you will accept my language even if it is not an international one.

Hello Joomla folks

I would like to join the Translation team and with Finnish language support. I hope that the Finnish team acts as an "open source" team. My experience in software and computers starts from 1975 and from IBM 370 mainframe with a huge 96K memory.

I thing that nobody should act as sole distributor in a certain country for Joomla and give the impression that he is the only and official partner. This way the OS idea is killed and we can say good bye to Jooma.

Hi,hope i am helpful

Hello Joomla translators,

I'm Heleno Licurgo, and I'm in a bloody need of a Joomla 1.5.x translation to Portuguese-BR (front-end just). And I'm willing to work hard on it too, because it's a matter of "satisfying" my clients.

If any other damn Brazilian translator shows up here, please, send me a message, an e-mail ([email protected]), or smoke signs, any thing!

<my mistake>
Let's burn brazukas, we are terrible far away in Joomla translations!
</my mistake>
obs.: we damn f. brazukas are not far away in Joomla! translations, sorry my BR-folks...

"Once more unto to the breach, dear friends, once more!"

Cheers!
