Language Change label in GitHub

Hi all interested in translations

Michael added a feature to JIssues which automatically assigns a label "Language Change" to any PR opened which changes anything in the language folders.
That will make it very simple to find the PRs with language changes in a given release. You can just filter by that label and the respective milestone.

It probably works better on GitHub as you can also filter by Milestones there. You can't do that on JIssues afaik.
The link for language changes in 3.4.2 looks ugly however :)
