mambelfish.html.php

I have a big problem with mambelfih.when i go to to components/mambelfish/language configuration/frontend and i select ComboBox in frontend appearance my multilanguage site doesn't work.
it must modify the file mambelfish.html.php.
Have somebody ideas how to do that
