I've searched and found some information, but nothing concrete to me.

I'm looking to add multilanguage support to joomla... spefically, I would like to add content in English, but also allow the option to add the content in Spanish and other languages.  Then from the home page, I would to show links to switch between languages.

once that is setup, I'll probably work on detecting the LOCALE of the browser and providing specific content.
