How to add metatag on every page for addthis social bookmark

Hi fellow joomla-er,
I want to use addthis.com bookmark tools in order to do this I have to add the meta tags title into the <head>, which file in Joomla 1.0 that I need to edit?

If you need to add something in the head, and need to have that in all pages, you might add it to the template's index.php file.

I actually haven't used joomla for a while, how do I go to the template index.php?

/templates/[your-tempalte]/index.php
