I have a mod I'm writing for video. The user can edit a file called file.txt for the playlist BUT it will not show as current until the admin goes into the backend makes a change to the program...or just pushes "Save" then it shows up correctly... is this a cookie issue?

Hi John,

sounds to me like a Cache issue?
Did you try to disable the Joomla Cache?
