In like fashion of the "Blueprint" CSS framework (the idea was posted on A List Apart), has anyone thought about this for 1.5 templates?  Having a set folder that can be dropped in and override all the standard output of 1.5 (content area, login module area, etc.).  Something to the effect of a "modules.override.php, coreComponent.override.php, etc." that everyone could use, anytime.

Does all that development end with summer's end?

Or is there some way to support continued development of native accessibility in Joomla?

Is Google the only funder of this sort of work?

Ideas for a framework that can be inserted into any template directory like:

-Output (special component, module output....which is already mentioned in the Google code)
-Snippets of code to create automated layouts (depending on columns, modules within, etc.).  This would be must like the Blueprint CSS framework on Google Groups.  It's pretty awesome and could be taken to the next level with Joomla and it's options for the "chrome" and other things.  Also, http://www.yaml.de/ is a pretty cool idea for the framework too....though I noticed someone is working on that for Joomla.

Any way I can be involved in it?  Is this going to be a continual thing...or is it ending with Google code?
