On a new site that I'm building, I have :

SMF 1.1 RC1
Joomla 1.0.3
Orstio's Bridge for Joomla/SMF RC1

I've been tweaking the SMF template and settings to fit within the available Joomla space and everything was going fine, UNTIL I registered a new user for testing purposes

Now neither admin or the new user (which I called test123) can login, but it gets worse ... maybe ...

- using the bridge login, login won't work
- using the Joomla login (disable bridge, enable Joomla), login works perfectly
- using the unwrapped SMF (normal SMF install), login works perfectly
- using the SMF login when it's in Joomla, login works perfectly

and removing the test123 user all the results are the same as well.

I don't know what I've done wrong, and testing each individual component it looks like it works fine - it just won't login

Any ideas ?

I posted this on the SMF forums, but thought there might be some people here that don't read that site.

ditto - Same here. It was running perfectly until to day. I have made no changes in that area.

The login is sync'd with fireboard forum users, but as i say it was all working perfectly until today.

Any ideas anyone
