Any Croatian Freelance developers here?

I am of Croatian descent living in Canada.
I am setting up my first Joomla website.
I am not a techie and so would like to outsource what I need done.
May as well give my money to a fellow Croatian.

What I am planning on doing is getting a Joomlart membership.

My base template would be Bellatrix

Changes would include:

1.  The disappearing menu as seen on the VEGA template
Also would like to replicate the graphical layout with the colours for areas separated by white

2.  From PLUTO template - I would like to take the TAB module (where it has Today Movie + Today Game)
From Bellatrix I would like to remove the User 7 + 8 + 9 modules and replace it with the TAB module.
The Tabs would hold an intro to the newest article in the section (one tab per section = 4 or 5 tabs).

3.  From POLLUX template - I like the Split Menu with the curved tabs (rather than the square tabs on Bellatrix)

Do we have any guys here that can do a good job?
How much do you think it would cost?
