Is anyone working on a Joomla specific Welsh Translation File?

I was just wondering because im going to try and launch the following site soon, and the only Translations that i can find are those for Mambo 4.2 .

The problems im having is some of the translations are not showing up correclty. e.g. if you go to

Welsh Version
http://www.sucs.org/~jonhurlock/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=section&id=1&Itemid=49&lang=cy

English Version
http://www.sucs.org/~jonhurlock/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=section&id=1&Itemid=49&lang=en

The Back Text and other things do not dispaly correctly, For example for the [Back] translation i get:

[Yn l ir rhestr]

Is this due to the translation file or due to my websites encoding? Also i am correct in guessing that the ISO code for welsh is cy right?

Any help would be appreciated, I would also like to point out im not a Welsh speaker myself and i know i have alot to translate still.

This is the only content item i have tried to translate so far.

Welsh
http://www.sucs.org/~jonhurlock/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=26&Itemid=49&lang=cy

English
http://www.sucs.org/~jonhurlock/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=26&Itemid=49&lang=en

Any help would be appreciated,

Jon

Dwi'n amau fod y locale heb ei osod yn gywir.

{I suspect the locale has not been set correctly - try setting the iso to be cy_GB in Joomfish.  By the way you can double check by making some dates visible e.g. last modified date}

Geraint

p.s. One of the earlier threads includes a more up to date language file if I remember correctly
