when the forge went down last week, scm (the svn server) went down with it. although the web portion of the forge has come back up since then svn has not.

Did you find any more info about this Tonie?

Also, if I start using svn services on joomlacode will this interfere with svn migration from the forge later?

I created a seperate tracker item for the connection to http://scm.joomla.org now.
