I am starting up a non-profit and need a web designer who will build me a basic website at no cost. It does not require ecommerce, flash, or other bells & whistles. It does require a main page, an "about us" info page, a blog, and plenty of photos somehow organized into groups, thumbnails, etc...
I already have the domain and hosting and a general idea of what kind of colors, font, and layout I want.
You can put a link of some sorts on the page ("Website developed by..."), as long as it is not too conspicuous.
