Hello,

How can we install hindi font on server.

How can we see hindi font at http://www.webduniya.com, if

we don't have installed hindi font on our computer.

Hi Vikas,

Well the site in question uses a Microsoft Technology called WEFT which automatically downloads the font while displaying the webpage, so you dont't need to manually install the font anywhere, just keep it on the server..

But because of its many disadvantages (like it can be only viewed through IE / Text not Searchable etc.)
a new technology has come up called Unicode, and is much better and easier to implement..

Infact, All the Joomla Translations that have been done for IndicLanguages are in Unicode.
