Hi, All,
              I want to build a website in multilanguage language will be assamese and english.If you want to know about assamese language plz see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assamese ......So,plz help....

Hi editor_proyash,

Its very nice to see Assamese interest in joomla..

What you need to make a multi language site, is an extension called JoomFish

Next you need to create a language translation of Joomla, you can find the english version inside the language folder of your Joomla Installation.. remember you need to write everything in Unicode inside these files..

Now all you need is some content and with JoomFish you can define the English and Assamese version of the same content..
