Thats Great Rohit.
to start do the below,
1. Download the latest Joomla1.5 from the Joomla Website
2. unzip the files.
3. Open /installation/languages/en-GB/en-GB.ini file
This file is a key value pair.
any thing before = in each line should not be changes.
Everything after = in each line should be translated to Kannada.
Use a UTF-8 font to do this.
