I think anyone monitoring this thread should look at Feed Gator over at http://phlooid.com/ for importing feeds into content.

Finaly managed to get my ISP to make the changes however, I still seem to get that the same errors, (back to the drawing board. ;)

I found Feed gator very useful and this is a proper component after struggling with RSS2Joomla. See at www.assamchronicle.com. The author of RSS2Joomla has not got much time, it appears, to help the users any way. So, yes do check Feed gator - it will do the job.

Can I import RSS from my blog http://bestdigital.wordpress.com to joomla site at http://bestdigitalproductreviews.com using your script?
