Hey.

I have version 1.5.22
I have been trying to add custom access levels/groups for different users.

I have been following this: http://docs.joomla.org/Custom_user_groups and have done exactly as it say.

I have added a new group Education which shows up in Module, Section and Menu Managers but not in article manager.
When editing/creating an item it shows up in the access level list. After I select Education from the list and create it the status shows up as Education.
When the item is in the list and I can click on the status to changed it, the Education never shows up again.

After I have created a user with the Education access level and created a menu page with the same access level. It does not show up under the menu which is correct but when I log in it is still not there which is not working properly.
If i just go to the page directly by typing the URL, after logging in, it says it isn't a page, this tells me that I don't have access to the page.

Any ideas on how to fix either of these issues? Is there something I am not doing to make this work?
