hi,
how efficient is joomla's search module ??
sometimes it returns pages, which does not have the search keyword itself.

do i need to change some settings, so that it returns appropriate pages ?

Did you ever get an answer? I'm having a problem with my Search Module in that it's not returnig anything! Just defaults back to the index page? Any ideas?

same problem here, same absence of solution now four months later

and why is it so difficult to find out what the difference is between the search module and, for example, the seach-content plugin?

and since "position" is not a parameter in the plugin manager, unlike in the module manager, how do you position the plugin?

when I say "same problem" I mean that clicking on the search button just takes you back to the home page
