Enabling LEGACY MODE to test 1.0 extensions

Legacy mode is used when you want to install extensions written for version 1.0 until the authors have been able to rewrite them for the 1.5 framework. Please report any incompatibilities you find in this sub-forum.
Legacy Mode is a plugin.
Select "Extensions -> Plugin Manager" from the menu.
Select "System" from the "- Select Type -" drop down.
Click the publish icon for the " System - Legacy".
A tell-tale will display in the template status bar when Legacy Mode is on (see attached screenshot).
