hey ,

when i go to this link

http://localhost/****administrator/inde ... _templates

appear

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JTable::addincludepath() in C:\AppServ\www\****\administrator\components\com_templates\admin.templates.php on line 27

What he means is, which build of Joomla! are you using. Look in the file called changelog.php. At the top there is a line with a 4 digit number. Tell us that.
