Can anybody please tell me what is wrong?? when I open my home page everything is fine but when I click a menu item there is no page format every thing is centered as in screen shot. I uninstalled Joomla, lost my whole data base and started all over but suddenly the problem is back. :'( :'(

Turn off all of the options for SEO under site in global configuration. Review this tutorial http://www.scribd.com/doc/2300167/Joomla-v-15-Configure-and-troubleshoot-SEF-URLs
If that doesn't work Try putting your live site url in configuration.php
