Error Sending Message | Could not instantiate mail function

hi everybody;
I have problem sending messages using 'standard' joomla mass mailing and Acymailing;
it show me this :
[11] Error Sending Message report to [email protected] | Could not instantiate mail function.
I searched in this forum topics but i didn't find the response

i don't have (and i can't obtain it -> my isp is a cheat so is my country) an stmp server!
could i in this case (without smtp) send newsletters using joomla extensions (letterman, acymailing, jinc...) ?
i tryed Global Configuration->server->mail settings :
Mailer 'PHP mail function' and in other attempt 'sendmail'
Mail from myaddress
From Name myname
Sendmail Path /usr/sbin/sendmail
SMTP Authentication No
SMTP Username
SMTP Password
SMTP Host localhost

im thinking about two different solutions :
1) using yahoo or gmail smtp ---- is this possible ?
2) using hmailserver (local smtp server) without configuring smtp relay -- is this possible ?

I also get this error message and have no idea what it means or how to fix it.

I also cannot change/edit my website link on my newsletters.

Can anyone instruct on how to fix both.
