Hi,
I’m trying to upload templates in my extension manager. However, I keep getting the following error message:

Warning: File failed to move

I have also included a screen shot in a word doc of the error message.

Does anyone know whats wrong or how to fix it?

Most likely the tmp folder is not writable or the folder is not properly defined in the file configuration.php.

In other words, it is mostly caused by permission issues. Review of the following documents could be of help.
