double lang J 109 ở extensions ???

ko hiểu bác nào sumit file lang J1.0.9 lên:

mặc dù toi đã up lên ở link này từ ver 1.0.8

Bác cài bản lang 1.0.9 tại http://www.joomlaviet.org. đàm bảo không có lỗi  :)
