can anyone help me...
how to block another user from register?
or when they register how can i block immediately??

Just disable user registration.
Bukak Cpanel Joomla, dan pergi global configuration, ada kat situ, cek ler.  ;)

Kalau nak bagi user daftar, buat manual.

Go to administrator part
site->user manager

in user manager section unpublish the user .

Login to your Admin panel.
Go to Site -> User Manager.
Click on the User name you want to block.
From the user details frame - Block User option - Select the Yes option.
You may disable or completely delete the Joomla user account as per your requirement.

ini boleh buat tanpa sebab? maknanya kalau saya tak suka another user kerana salah faham atau dengki saya boleh block dia dari register gitu?
