from Fireboard to PhpBB

How could i import previous topics, created in Fireboard, into phpBB?? (and users too!)

would like to know also how to convert from fireboard to phpbb

I have just converted my FB v1.0.4(Joomla v.1.0.15) to phpBB with success:

Backup your database
Install phhBB 2.0.22
extract and edit the the attached convert.php file(XMAS Script 0.3)insert your database preferences, such as DBusername, DBpassword, DBname etc. from line 15-35
Upload and run it from your phpBB folder on the webserver
Upgrade to latest version of phpBB (If you are planning to use Medhi's php Bridge http://www.mehdiplugins.com/misc/phpbbjoom.htm it only supports up to PHP v2.0.23)

Please help, I am stuck with this, I get this error:

Importing data from Fireboard
Connecting to Database... OK
Populating Categories...
Invalid query:
TRUNCATE TABLE phpbb_categories
Table 'pgfbmigrate.phpbb_categories' doesn't exist
