Changing from 'wrapped' style to 'non-wrapped'

Hi

I'm sure there must be a simple answer to this but for the life of me I can't find it.

I am currently running Joomla 1.0.10 and phpBB component 2.0.16 which is working beautifully but when I originally set it up I decided to have the forum wrapped into my web pages (just to clarify I don't mean the joomla wrapper, just that the forum pages load imbedded into my Joomla site).  I've now changed my mind and would like to have my forum pages load outside of my normal joomla site.  How do I do this???
